Hungary Posts $6.4 Billion Monthly Deficit After Orban Spending

The shortfall in February totaled 2.14 trillion forint ($6.4 billion) following a 32 billion forint surplus in January, the Economy Ministry said in a statement on Monday. It was the biggest monthly deficit since the outbreak of the pandemic in late 2020.
