Home Prices in Seoul’s Posh Districts Fall After Yearlong Rally
Seoul apartment prices extended their gains for another week, though the yearlong rally showed signs of cooling as values slipped in some of the capital’s wealthiest districts.
Prices in the city firmed 0.09% in the week ended March 2, rising for the 57th straight week, according to data released Thursday by the Korea Real Estate Board. That was slower than the previous week’s 0.11% increase and marked the smallest rise since September. Nationwide, apartment prices climbed 0.04%.
