Germany Closely Monitoring Higher Fuel Prices Stoked by Iran War

Stefan Kornelius, chief spokesman for Chancellor Friedrich Merz, told reporters at the regular government news conference Wednesday that authorities are “monitoring the situation” but currently see “no need whatsoever to respond.”
