Ex-Capula Compliance Head Refiles Improper Expense Allegations
Capula Investment Management’s former US compliance head refiled a lawsuit accusing the hedge fund firm of wrongfully firing him for raising concerns about improper expenses and trading activity.
Igor Abramov first sued London-based Capula in November in Manhattan federal court, but that case was dismissed last month on jurisdictional grounds. Abramov filed a new complaint Monday in New York state court.
