UniCredit Lifts Bonus for Top Managers by 15% After Record Year

UniCredit SpA is poised to increase the average bonus for leading executives by about 15% after the lender posted record profits last year and increased shareholder returns.

The change applies to the pool for so-called material risk takers, a group of 850 that typically includes traders and dealmakers as well as senior executives, according to people familiar with the matter.
