Top Executives Resign at Yacht Maker Italian Sea Group

Two top executives at The Italian Sea Group SpA, the luxury yacht maker that built UK tech tycoon Mike Lynch’s vessel before it sank off the coast of Sicily, have resigned.

Chairman Filippo Menchelli and Chief Financial Officer Marco Carniani are leaving the company, according to a statement on Friday. Chief Executive Officer Giovanni Costantino will take the role of chairman.
