Sunway Healthcare Seeks $734 Million From Malaysia IPO
Malaysia’s Sunway Healthcare Holdings Bhd. has started taking investor orders for an initial public offering that seeks to raise 2.86 billion ringgit ($734 million), in what may be the country’s biggest listing in nine years.
The health-care arm of conglomerate Sunway Bhd on Friday said the deal would offer 1.97 billion shares at 1.45 ringgit apiece, according to terms of the deal seen by Bloomberg News. The company is seeking to list its shares on March 18.
