Rightmove CEO Sees AI Opportunities, Says Peers Will Survive

Rightmove Plc and its property portal peers will survive the artificial intelligence wave, with the technology presenting more of an opportunity than a threat for the sector, according to Chief Executive Officer Johan Svanstrom.

“We see this squarely as an opportunity,” Svanstrom said in an interview, adding that 90% of its data is proprietary and can be used to develop its own tools. “The data models will be sharper, we can produce more products, and there’s of course AI opportunities internally also in our own operations.”
