Paschi to Pay Out €16 Billion Through 2030 Amid Integration

Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena SpA plans to return about €16 billion ($19 billion) to investors through 2030 as Chief Executive Officer Luigi Lovaglio seeks to reap benefits from the acquisition of Mediobanca SpA.

The Italian lender will distribute 100% of net income over the five-year period, according to a statement on Friday. It expects revenue of about €9.5 billion and adjusted profit of around €3.7 billion in the final year of the plan.
