Billionaire Yandex Founder Volozh Renounces Russian Citizenship

Yandex founder Arkady Volozh has renounced his Russian citizenship nearly two years after he sold his interest in the country’s leading search engine to focus fully on developing his Dutch neocloud company Nebius Group NV.

The billionaire got confirmation that he is no longer a Russian citizen this week, a person familiar with the situation said, declining to be identified because the matter is private.
