India and Israel Boost Defense Ties, Finalize Trade Deal Soon

Israel and India will jointly produce weapons and intend to conclude a free trade agreement soon, a move that underscores deepening ties between the two countries.

“The future belongs to those who innovate and Israel and India are bent on innovation,” Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi by his side in Jerusalem after a bilateral meeting. “We are absolutely determined to seize the future and we can do it better together.”
