Trump Notches New Win to Keep Classified Documents Case Secret

Photographer: Al Drago/BloombergThe US Justice Department is prohibited from releasing details about the investigation into Donald Trump’s alleged mishandling of classified documents after he left the White House in 2021, a federal judge ruled Monday.
The ruling by US District Judge Aileen Cannon in Florida is another victory for Trump and a blow to advocates who have sought to make public a report done by Special Counsel Jack Smith regarding the case he brought against Trump over the handling of classified documents.
