BAE Systems Plc predicted continued solid sales and earnings growth for the year after a record 2025, signaling the rapid expansion of defense budgets around the world shows little sign of abating.

Sales growth this year is expected to be in the range of 7% to 9%, after gaining 10% to a record £30.7 billion ($41.6 billion) in 2025. Earnings per share and underlying earnings before interest and taxes will each rise 9% to 11% in 2026, after 12% for both metrics in the prior period, BAE said in a statement on Wednesday.
