In 12 IMF Executive Board votes since President Donald Trump took office last year, the US has declined to support new or existing credit facilities under the Resilience and Sustainability Trust, according to US Treasury data that covers meetings through September last year. Those included a new $1.4 billion loan for Pakistan, $1.3 billion for Egypt, and reviews for countries such as Tanzania and Ivory Coast.
