Pakistan Reverses Plan to Boycott India Clash at T20 World Cup

Pakistan has agreed to play India at the T20 Cricket World Cup on Sunday, reversing an earlier boycott after intense diplomatic efforts by countries in the region.

“In view of the outcomes achieved in multilateral discussions, as well as the request of friendly countries, the Government of Pakistan hereby directs the Pakistan National Cricket Team to take the field on February 15, 2026,” Islamabad said in a post on X on Monday.
