ING Is Seeking to Sell About €230 Million Soured Loans in Spain
ING Groep NV is seeking to sell about €230 million ($273 million) in soured loans at its Spanish unit.
The lender is holding talks with investors over the portfolio, which includes unpaid secured and unsecured loans, according to a document seen by Bloomberg News. Alantra Partners SA is the sale adviser on the deal, known as Project Ignis. ING is expecting to close the sale in April, according to the document.
