British advertising group WPP Plc’s plan to bring its three creative agencies under one roof is expected to result in job cuts as the businesses will share more back-end resources, according to people familiar with the matter.

The plan will place Ogilvy, VML and AKQA under a structure known as WPP Creative, in a move designed to cut costs and offer clients a single point of service, said the people, who asked not to be identified because the plans are private.
