UniCredit SpA pledged to return €50 billion ($59 billion) to investors through 2030 as Chief Executive Officer Andrea Orcel vowed to continue one of the most generous distribution policies in Europe.

The Milan-based lender will pay out 80% of profit and evaluate additional returns on a yearly basis, it said in a statement on Monday. UniCredit expects net revenue to grow at an annual rate of 5%, pushing profit to about €11 billion this year and €13 billion in 2028.
