Norway launched a second corruption investigation related to the Epstein files, probing two top diplomats after their connections to pedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein became public.

The authority for economic crime, Okokrim, on Monday said it has opened an investigation into Mona Juul, who on Sunday stepped down as the country’s ambassador to Jordan and Iraq, and her husband Terje Rod-Larsen, “to clarify whether criminal acts have occurred.” It searched two apartments, including one belonging to a witness.
