EU Considers More Defense Funds After €150 Billion Loan Ends

The discussions are in the early stages, given that the European Commission, the EU’s executive branch, is still doling out money from the current loan program, the people added, speaking anonymously to discuss the private planning. Officials are also expecting to have several billion left over from the fund, due to discrepancies between countries’ requests and the final contracts.
