Maddie Bannister, 33, is newly uninsured after her Obamacare bills spiked. Instead, she’s decided that if she, her husband and two kids need a doctor, they’ll drive two hours from their home in San Clemente, California, and see one in Mexico. The move, she said, is saving her family $600 a month.
