Amgen Inc. exceeded fourth-quarter expectations on strong sales of its biggest medicines, and forecast 2026 performance that aligns with what Wall Street anticipates, positive results for the company as it faces rising challenges from rivals.

Revenue in the most recent quarter reached $9.87 billion, ahead of the $9.46 billion analysts were expecting. Profit was also ahead of analysts’ forecasts.
