Avocado Prices Are Coming Down Just in Time for Super Bowl Guacamole

Finally, something is cheaper at the grocery store.

Avocado prices were down more than 19% from a year earlier at the end of December, according to Circana. Heading into the Super Bowl on Feb. 8, the US is on track to import around 290 million pounds of the fruit from Mexico in the four weeks leading up to the game.
