Russia’s Murmansk Ports Resume After Power Disruptions

Operations at Russia’s Murmansk Bulk Terminal and Commercial Seaport resumed late on Saturday after being temporarily suspended earlier in the day, Interfax reported.

The facilities were forced to stop work due to power disruptions in Murmansk, a city north of the Arctic Circle, and the nearby city of Severomorsk, where Russia’s Northern Fleet has its main base.
