Alkami Technology Inc., the financial-technology company that’s come under pressure from an activist investor, is exploring options including a potential sale, according to people familiar with the matter.

Alkami is working with a financial adviser to gauge interest from potential suitors, the people said, asking not to be identified because the matter is private. Industry players and private equity firms are expected to show interest, they added.
