Entrata Is Said to Work With Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan on IPO

Entrata, a property software company, is working with Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and JPMorgan Chase & Co. on an initial public offering, according to people familiar with the matter.

The Silver Lake- and Blackstone Inc.-backed company is seeking to complete a first-time share sale as soon as April, the people said, asking not to be identified as the information is private. An IPO could raise roughly $500 million, one of the people said.
