Citi Says Executive Never Raised Harassment Claims Before Suit

Citigroup Inc. said a former wealth-management executive who sued the bank alleging she was sexually harassed by top executive Andy Sieg had never raised any such concerns when she worked for the bank.

Julia Carreon, who left the bank in 2024, filed a lawsuit Monday in federal court in Manhattan, saying that she endured sexual harassment from Sieg for months and accusing the bank of having a “weaponized” human-resources department.
