BNY Names Adam Vos to Role Overseeing Wealth Solutions Business

Bank of New York Mellon Corp. named Adam Vos to a new role as global head of wealth solutions as the company seeks to bolster its business working with advisers and institutions.

Vos will lead a group that includes BNY Pershing, which provides services such as clearing and custody for wealth-management firms, and a managed-account solutions business, the company said Tuesday in a statement. As part of the changes, Jim Crowley, who currently leads BNY Pershing, will become executive vice chair.
