A Mol Nyrt. executive said the Hungarian refiner’s bid for a stake in Serbia’s Naftna Industrija Srbije was agreed by Gazprom Neft.

“The seller accepted the offer,” Mol’s chief strategy officer Gyorgy Bacsa said on a podcast published on Saturday, adding that the parties are now working out terms of the transaction. He didn’t disclose the purchase price or other financial conditions of the deal.
