Owner of AI Consultancy Xebia Is Said to Weigh €1 Billion Sale

The private equity owner of Xebia is considering a sale of the artificial intelligence consulting firm, which could be valued at €1 billion ($1.2 billion) or more in a deal, according to people familiar with the matter.

Dutch buyout firm Waterland is working with Houlihan Lokey Inc. on the potential deal, said the people, who asked not to be identified as the information is private. Deliberations are preliminary and Waterland could decide to keep the asset for longer, the people said.
