Quantinuum Is Said to Work With Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan on IPO

Quantinuum, a quantum computing company, is working with Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan Chase & Co. on an initial public offering, according to people familiar with the matter.

The Honeywell International Inc.-backed company is seeking to complete a first-time share sale as soon as the first half of this year, the people said, asking not to be identified as the information is private.
