Broker Clear Street Files for IPO Showing Revenue, Profit Surge

Securities and derivatives broker Clear Street Group Inc. filed for an initial public offering, disclosing a sizable jump in both its revenue and profit.

The New York-based company had net income attributable to shareholders of $157.2 million on revenue of $783.7 million for the first nine months of 2025, compared with net income of $20.7 million on revenue of $301.9 million during the same period a year earlier, according to its filing Tuesday with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
