Asean Stocks Set for First Foreign Inflows in a Row Since 2024

Southeast Asia’s emerging-market stocks are poised for their first back-to-back monthly foreign inflows in nearly 16 months, signaling a revival of investor appetite after prolonged outflows.

Foreign investors have poured $719 million into the region this month, after $291 million in December, according to data compiled by Bloomberg. If the pace continues, it would mark the first consecutive monthly inflows since September 2024.
