Power Sector Engineering Firm Solv Energy Files for US IPO
Energy infrastructure services firm Solv Energy Inc. filed for an initial public offering, becoming one of the latest companies to capitalize on data centers’ increasing power needs.
The San Diego-based company, which specializes in solar and battery storage, had net income of $114 million on revenue of $1.7 billion for the first nine months of 2025, compared with net income of $139,000 on revenue of $1.4 billion a year prior, according to its filing Friday with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
