EU Defense Firms Still Waiting for Government Boom, Natixis Says

A senior Natixis banker said many European arms companies have seen few orders so far despite vows from the region’s governments to dramatically step up military spending.

“There were many promises and announcements of orders last year made by the governments of European Union countries, but some are taking a while to materialize,” Christophe Carles, head of regional coverage at Natixis CIB, said in an interview.
