BofA Says European Real Estate Has Biggest Upside in Decades

European real estate stocks are poised for their best returns in decades, according to Bank of America analysts, who foresee a boost from steadier interest rates and valuations below historical levels.

Citing upbeat economic optimism and investor risk appetite, the analysts led by Marc Mozzi also noted that the sector’s return on equity has risen back to its 20-year median.
