Privately-held US developer Glenfarne Group LLC said it’s in the process of financing its planned liquefied natural gas export project in Texas.

Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and Japan’s Mizuho Financial Group Inc. are serving as advisors, Glenfarne spokesperson Tim Fitzpatrick said in an email on Thursday.
