President Donald Trump said an Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer appeared to be acting in self defense in a shooting that killed a woman in Minneapolis on Wednesday.

Trump described video of the incident as a “horrible thing to watch” and alleged “the woman driving the car was very disorderly, obstructing and resisting, who then violently, willfully, and viciously ran over the ICE Officer, who seems to have shot her in self defense.”
