Mirae Asset India Veteran Mahendra Jajoo Joins Quant Mutual Fund

Mahendra Jajoo, a veteran Indian money manager, has joined Quant Mutual Fund as an executive director, people familiar with the matter said.

Jajoo was previously the chief investment officer for fixed income at Mirae Asset Investment Managers India, where he spent over a decade, according to his LinkedIn profile. During his tenure, the fund’s debt assets grew from 3.2 billion rupees in August 2016 to more than 320 billion rupees by the end of November, the firm said in a Dec. 9 note announcing his departure.
