The US signed a health agreement with Ivory Coast bringing the total value of bilateral deals President Donald Trump’s administration has done in Africa since withdrawing from the World Health Organization to more than $16 billion.

The five-year pact with Ivory Coast is valued at more than $480 million, the US embassy in Ivory Coast said in a statement on Tuesday.
