Walmart Customers Report Outage for Mobile and Web Services

Consumers using Walmart Inc.’s online services experienced outages earlier Tuesday, leaving them unable to access the retailer’s mobile ordering tools.

More than 6,000 customers reported they were unable to use the app or website around 7 a.m. in New York, according to data collected by the website Downdetector. About 70% of those problems were linked to the mobile app, while a quarter flagged issues with the website.
