Thai IPO Drought May Persist as Issuers Chase Valuations Abroad
Thailand’s beleaguered initial public offering scene is set to remain subdued as the country’s market revamp needs time to stave off companies listing elsewhere, a senior official said.
“We are in a bearish period for Thai IPOs,” Soravis Krairiksh, the Thai stock exchange’s senior executive vice president, said in an interview Friday. “It should start to stabilize in 2026, but not bounce back sharply.”
