Sánchez Names Elma Saiz Spanish Government Spokeswoman

Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez announced Monday that he is naming Elma Saiz as government spokesperson.
Saiz, who will also retain her role as Social Security and Migration minister, will replace Pilar Alegría, who is stepping down to run for the regional presidency of Aragón.
