Moody’s to Relocate Headquarters to NYC’s Brookfield Place

Moody’s is moving from 7 World Trade Center, a building owned by Silverstein Properties, to Brookfield Place in lower Manhattan.

Moody’s Corp. is moving its headquarters to Brookfield Place in lower Manhattan.

Moody’s is expected to take roughly 460,000 square feet (42,735 square meters) of office space across multiple floors at 200 Liberty St., according to a statementBloomberg Terminal Monday that didn’t disclose terms of the deal. The move is expected to be completed in 2027.
