Blank-Check Firm Backed by Rajeev Misra’s OneIM Files for IPO

A special purpose acquisition company linked to former SoftBank Vision Fund executive Rajeev Misra’s investment firm has filed for a US initial public offering.

OneIM Acquisition Corp., whose sponsor is an affiliate of Misra’s OneIM, is seeking to merge with a private company in any industry, according to the blank-check firm’s filing Monday with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
