Ukraine Says It Struck a Lukoil Drilling Platform in Caspian Sea

Ukraine attacked Lukoil PJSC’s offshore drilling platform at Filanovsky field in the Caspian Sea, according to the country’s General Staff.

The assault took place on Friday night and the platform’s operational capability and the extent of the damage are being assessed, the military authority said in a Telegram statement on Saturday.
