Norway Home Prices to Gain 6% Next Year in Lobby Group Forecast

Norwegian home prices are likely to keep their growth pace next year, according to a key lobby group that sees gains largely restricted by the relatively high interest-rate level.

Housing prices are forecast to rise 6% in 2026, according to a statement by Real Estate Norway on Friday. The estimate is broadly in line with the outlook released on Thursday by Norges Bank, which sees valuations rising 6.3% next year, following 6% increase seen in 2025.
