Zambian Leader Signs Constitutional Amendment Bill Into Law

Zambia’s president signed into law a constitutional amendment bill that overhauls the composition of parliament before the country holds general elections in August.

President Hakainde Hichilema signed the legislation at a ceremony in the capital, Lusaka, on Thursday.
