Visma to Name Ex-Worldpay CEO Kalifa as Non-Executive Chair

Hg-backed software firm Visma has appointed Ron Kalifa, former chief executive officer of Worldpay Inc., as its non-executive chairman, according to people familiar with the matter.

Kalifa is currently vice chairman of Brookfield’s private equity business and non-executive director for IHG Hotels & Resorts, the people said, asking not to be identified as the information is private. His appointment at Visma will be effective from Jan. 1, the people said.
