Oil Tanker Catches Fire After Drone Strike in Russia’s Rostov

Emergency services are still working to extinguish the blaze, Alexander Skryabin, mayor of Rostov, said Thursday in a Telegram statement. The fire spread through an area of 20 square meters, two crew members were killed and three injured, according to regional governor Yury Sluysar.
